Woke up at noon. *blush* I have a glorious little cold, so last night when I went to bed (at 2am) I took some cold meds and they knocked me out HARD.

From noon to 1:30, I sit on my couch, sipped coffee, and read and net surfed on my Kindle. (Thanks Hub!) I blew my nose every 5 minutes.

At 1:30, I raised my head from the Kindle long enough to notice that my house was a complete and utter train wreck.

I quickly put the Kindle away.

Vacuumed, started dishwasher, started laundry, took out trash, organized, etc, etc, etc.

Ordered pizza. No time for cooking. I wouldn’t know what to cook anyway. Cabinets are rather bare.

Pizza arrived.

Curse myself for eating pizza RIGHT BEFORE I go to my Weight Watchers meeting to weigh in.

Shower.

Daily Battle Paint.

Hair.

Get dressed.

Dress the Tater.

Go to Weight Watchers.

Be amazed and happy that even with a 2-day cheesecake binge, I still lost 1 pound last week. Yes.

Take 3 huge bags of plastic to be recycled.

Check mail at Post Office.

Go to the store for Kleenex with lotion. GREATEST INVENTION EVER.

Leave the store with 3 boxes of kleenex and the supplies needed to make a big flower arrangement.

*I’ve had my eye on some supplies for an arrangement for a month, and today they were 50% off. Couldn’t resist. I’ve wanted to make an arrangement ever since I have moved.

Go to sisters house. Blow nose repeatedly while there with new box of tissues.

Come home.

Celebrate 1 pound weight loss with a piece of pizza and a piece of cheesecake.

Force the 10 year old to finish the rest of the holiday cheesecake so my soul may be freed from it’s evil clutches.

The ten year old does not resist.

Make arrangement.

Stare at it with a stupid smile on my face while appreciating it’s loveliness.

Take picture of the Christmas lights that are draped on my headboard to prove to people that read my blog how much I like pretty, sparkly lights.

Blog.

Keep box of Kleenex within arms reach at all times.

Blow nose every 2 minutes.

Let 2 year old fall asleep against me while blogging.

Finish blogging.

What shall I do next??

*Maybe do laundry???

*Maybe read on  my Kindle???

*Maybe watch a movie?????

*Maybe play with the wicked awesome new Nerf guns that Spud got for Christmas????

*Maybe transfer pictures and videos from my laptop to my external hard drive????

Who knows. We shall see.
