Around and About

I took some random pictures around the house today, for no apparent reason. I now present you with another episode of “Penny is so damn random”.
Fun fact: I prefer the coffee I make at home over ANY coffee I’ve ever had at coffeehouses.
I drink 2-3 bowl-sized cups a day. Always decaf of course.
This is the new member of my family. This cow was a toy that stayed at my grandparents house for the entirety of her toy-life. She has been played with by 2 generations of grandkids. A few days ago, my sister was cleaning out my grandmothers house, found this cow, and then called to tell me she had thrown it IN THE TRASH. (Dear sis, I shame you in front of the entire world. )
I demanded that the cow be rescued from her dump-yard doom, and she then came to live with me. I have fond memories of this cow from my childhood.
After a little research, I discovered that her name is Molly Moo Cow and she was made by Fisher Price in the year 1972. She is 40 years old.
This is how she looked when new:
Yes. I do, in fact, allow this.
New iphone game that is controlling my mind. Not quite as awesome as Plants vs. Zombies, but it’s really dang close. I’ve been over Angry Birds for a LONG time.
WAR. We do nerf battles up in here. Sometimes I battle alone though. I freaking love nerf guns.
Clearly, I am like 10 years old or something. ![]()
I have a really bad pen fetish.
Whenever I put the camera in front of her, she looks away from me EVERY SINGLE TIME. She positively despises having her picture taken. I do not understand this at all, but this weird characteristic just makes me love her even more.
“Here Bubba, let me help you.”
I wish the English language had the proper words to convey how much I love Portobello mushroom ravioli. With smoked cheddar. GAWD.
I am now off to clean and work on some New Years Resolutions.

That cow is so old…I don’t even remember when she looked like that. I do remember the pull cord and the green ball on her tail. You think I’m mean to the cow…you’re the one who broke her tail off when you were about 4.
I love your food pictures…makes me HUNGRY. And your book pictures make me wanna READ
I like your randomness Penny. You’re endearing.
Endearing….I like that.
ha! Thanks girl.
