Grillage
May 19, 2012 in Uncategorized
Here is a simple picture post about our dinner on Thursday night. As I recently wrote about, my husband bought a grill that he has been utilizing whenever he can. This keeps me out of the kitchen, and that makes me happy.
Be on the lookout for the broccoli in this post. If you have never drizzled fresh broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper, wrapped it tight in foil, and then put it on a grill to cook…..please do it now. Right now. Go. I’ll wait here.
One more thing…..the shrimp you see cooking was in fact for me. Me. The vegetarian. Confused? Yeah…..me too. Shrimp is my only periodic “meat” allowance.
I wish you could taste that broccoli. *drool*

That looks so good!!! Morgan needs to try marinades for his meat and shrimp. There are so many good ones. I won’t grill now unless I’ve marinaded whatever I’m cooking.
That is only the second time EVER that I’ve seen Morgan’s feet.
The second time??? Really????
They’re weird looking things, huh?
If it wasn’t breakfast time I would definately try your brocolli in foil.. I’m loving brocolli at the moment. I’m especially loving it with Mama Peas Mmmm sauce. Out. Of . This. World.

I see all that sand in Tater’s mouth … eww, I hate it when I get grit in my mouth.. eww. fingernails down the blackboard eww. He doesn’t seem to mind though haha.
I have been wanting to try Mama Peas Mmmmm Sauce for ages! I don’t read her blog very often, but I do read Caitlin’s like an obsessive stalker creepo, and she practically drinks it.
Tater has an intense interest in doing all things nasty. If you ever met him in person, I’m feel farily certain that he may appall you and anyone else that met him. lol
I like Caitlin’s blog too, though not as much as yours
Yep, you gotta try the Mmm sauce, it’s amazing. It will transform your life.
That Tater looks like a real character, I’m sure I would be appalled in the best possible way lol
Whoa. Telling me that you like my blog more than Cailtin’s has got to be the compliment of the century.
I like how Cailtin puts cilantro in her Mmmmm Sauce. For some reason, I have convinced myself that it must be better like that. Have you tried it???
Yea, I’ve tried it with and without corriander (cilantro). It’s good but I often make it without. The things that make it taste distinctive is the nutritional yeast and lemon juice. Even non veggo will love this too. Please make soon
I will. It’s been on my “TO DO” list for ages, but you’ve definitely made me even more curious.
