This past Sunday, I woke up and immediately thought, “I’m going on a diet today.” I had given it no prior thought whatsoever. I just rolled over in bed and decided to do it. Just like that.


I have had the myfitnesspal app on my phone for months (and months) but had never used it. While I was still lying in bed, I registered with the app and the website.

For the past 5 days, I have been very strictly watching my calorie intake, and inputting all my information into the app like an obsessed person.

I’ve lost 4.4 pounds in 5 days.

I mean just dang.

I’m in love with the app and the website.


I log my calorie intake, any exercise I’ve done, and my weight. They even give me little graphs and charts to monitor my progress.



So, I have this free program, I’ve lost 4.4 pounds, and I’ve been eating donuts for breakfast for the last 3 days.

I’m so happy right now.
