Sooooo……..

Aussie reader Lisa suggested I do a “What’s in my Bag” post, and since whatever Lisa wants, Lisa gets, here I am.  

And, I freaking love these things. They are really popular on Flickr and Youtube, and I have been known to look inside others peoples handbags for hours. (It’s a girl thing. I know that any men reading right now are thinking, “What the hell is this weirdness?”) I’ve always thought it would be fun to do this, and when she suggested it, I was all over it.

Away we go……

I hope you don’t think I’m bragging when I show you some of my stuff. My Louis Vuitton purse is about a year old, and my Dolce & Gabbana wallet is about 6 months old.

Yeah.

That’s all crap.

I bought that little green purse about a week ago at GOODWILL. It was $4.

I normally would never carry a green bag (only black), but I had been wanting a new purse cuz mine was looking pretty worn. When I saw it I thought it was cute, and cheap, so I got it. And, I really like it.

Inside my little Goodwill find are the following items…..

A pink cosmetic bag (ALSO from Goodwill) – Goodwill is THE place to find cute cosmetic bags for only a couple dollars each. I’ve had this one for years.

Wallet – definitely NOT Dolce and Gabbana

My thyroid medication

Checks

Pen

A pouch for *ahem* girl stuff

Weight Watchers points calculator

Inside the cosmetic bag…….

Sharpie permanent marker

pen

memory stick/ flash drive/ thumb drive – whatever you wanna call them

2 nail clippers

hair clips

gym keycard and keys for lock on a lanyard

lock (for the locker at the gym)

Inside my wallet…..

I have a glass nail file in there somewhere…..

And that’s it. There were 2 stray receipts that I didn’t feel the need to show you.

That’s how my purse always looks. However, if I would have done this about 4 years ago, when I was working, this post would have been three times as long. I used to carry a crazy amount of stuff around with me.

I would love to see any other bloggers reading do this too, just so I can snoop around inside your purse.
